More than 350 delegates registered to attend the 12th National Biomedical and Clinical Engineering Conference. It was held at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, in October 2008, and once again a stimulating and informative programme was created by the Steering Committee, which comprises senior Bio-Medical Engineers whose knowledge and experience is invaluable for the success of the event.
The theme for 2008, 'Empowered to Deliver', was supported by highly topical presentations and was attended by a record number of delegates. Once again, the 'Panel Discussion' was included and was well received by all.
